Angie and Dave welcome you to the
Leeds House. Ideally located for the newly refurbished Bridlington
Spa, historic harbor, beautiful beaches and shops.
If we already look familiar to you it maybe because you have previously
seen us on TV in the hit sitcom "Constant Hot Water" starring
the late great Pat Phoenix star of Coronation Street for many years.
Leeds House was hand picked by the creators and served as the primary
location for the series which covered the trials and tribulations
of running holiday accommodation.
Enjoy excellent food, friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere.
Relax with a drink in the fully licensed bar or separate guest lounge.
We are fully non-smoking and offer full English breakfast and evening
meals and we cater for families.
All our rooms have TV, coffee/tea making facilties, radio clock
alarm, hairdryer and ironing facilities (available on request).
Leeds house is close to the train and coach station and we offer
a free pick up service for guests. Free parking permits for guests
are available.
The Leeds House is open all year round (including Christmas and
the New Year) with special deals and competitive rates.
