GENERAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS
A NON RETURNABLE DEPOSIT,of £20 per person,is required to secure a booking. writtren confirmation of the booking will then be sent upon receipt.The full balance of payment for accomodation must be paid at the commencement of the stay.A charge of £20 will be incurred for returned cheques.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guest are requested to vacate their rooms by 10 am on the day of departure.Rooms will be available for occupancy from 12 noon and reservations must be taken up by 4 pm unless agreed by previous arrangement.
PARKING
There is on street parking in the parking zone.We supply parking permits, 1 to each room, free of charge , Its is the guest responsibility to ensure permits are displayed and LEEDS GUEST HOUSE takes no responsibility for any fines etc, incurred for illegally parked vehicles. Parking is entirely at owner,s risk.
KEYS
Keys are issued, on loan, to guests for thier convenience & security. keys must not be loaned to any other person, other than those occupying the rooms. loss of keys will incur £10 surcharge.
GUEST BEHAVIOUR
LEEDS GUEST HOUSE reserves the right to evict any person or persons ,without compensation deemed to have damaged to property ,nuisance, danger or abuse to any guest or employees.
NO SMOKING POLICY
LEEDS HOUSE is a FULLY NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT,however Guest are welcome to smoke outside on front court yard.Anybody found smoking in premises will be asked to leave,without a refund.Thank you for your cooperartion.
